What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Elections and ceremonies: no room for improvisation
Elections and ceremonies leave no room for improvisation. Everything has to be there, everything has to be protocol-correct, and everything has to be in place on time.
There is no second chance: a polling station opens on the agreed day, an inauguration takes place at the agreed hour. That is why we supply municipalities and cities with the full range, from voting booth to ceremonial carpet, so you do not have to approach four suppliers.
For the polling station
For running a polling station we supply voting booths — isoloirs —, ballot boxes — urnes —, signs for the station, election poster panels and the accompanying signage.
This equipment is used every few years and spends the rest of the time in storage. That sets its own requirements: it has to stack compactly, stay dry in a municipal depot, and be immediately usable after years of standing still. Versions that cannot manage that cost more afterwards than they appeared to at purchase.
For ceremonies and protocol
Sashes and insignia
Tricolour sashes for mayors and aldermen, cockades in metal or self-adhesive form, brooches and insignia for elected representatives, and tricolour armbands.
Ribbons, cushions and lambrequins
Inauguration ribbons and cushions for openings and foundation-stone ceremonies, and lambrequins for dressing balconies and lecterns.
Mourning and commemoration
Mourning drapes and ceremonial carpets, for commemorations and official funerals.
For the speech
Lecterns and reading desks, and sound or conference systems.
A speech that cannot be heard wipes out the effect of the entire ceremony. For an outdoor arrangement, or in a church or hall with heavy reverberation, the sound system is not an accessory but the deciding factor.
Order in good time — this is the most important advice on this page
Around election periods the demand for voting booths, ballot boxes and sashes rises sharply and lead times lengthen. A few months' notice is no luxury.
Bear in mind too that personalised sashes and insignia need extra production time: a sash carrying the municipality's name or coat of arms is bespoke work, not a stock item.
Experience shows that authorities start too late because the equipment was there last time. Put it in the diary the moment the election date is known, not when the first meeting about it takes place.
What determines the price?
For polling-station equipment, quantity, build quality and storability determine the price. A cardboard voting booth for one election and a version that lasts twenty years are different products with different logic: the first is a cost, the second an investment spread across several elections.
For protocol material it is mainly personalisation that counts. A standard tricolour sash is a stock item; the same sash with an embroidered coat of arms is handwork with its own lead time.
We are happy to work out both scenarios for you, so the authority can decide on cost per election rather than on today's figure alone.

The experience behind this range
Herva-Doublet is part of the Doublet Group, which has supplied public authorities across Europe for more than 190 years.
That experience lies in the details: the correct order of colours on a sash, the right proportions of a protocol flag, and material that lasts a full term of office. These are precisely the things nobody remarks on as long as they are right.
For public procurement
For public contracts we supply the necessary technical specifications and certificates.
Tell us what stage your file has reached — market exploration, specification being drafted, or procedure under way — and we will deliver the documents in the form you need at that moment.
Tell us your calendar
Give us the date by which everything has to be in place and the number of polling stations or guests. We will work back to the order date and tell you straight away which items are bespoke and therefore have to be ordered first.
