In-house workshops
From design to production and installation — all in-house.
Herva is the Belgian branch of the Doublet Group, a family business founded in 1832 that has grown into a European reference in visual communication, signage and facility solutions.

From our headquarters in Olen we work for SMEs, municipalities, retailers and developers across Belgium. Our in-house designers, production and installation teams let us keep projects fully under control.
Active across Belgium from Olen, and across Europe via the Doublet Group.
Herva-Doublet is large enough to dress an entire business park and small enough that everyone knows each other's first name. Designers, production staff, project managers, installers and office teams all work under one roof in Olen. That is no small thing for those who work here: a question for production is ten steps away, not three emails and two days.
What binds us is that we want to see the end result ourselves. Nobody here hands over a file and stops looking. The colleague who draws a façade hears afterwards from the installer how it went — and that changes what the next drawing looks like.

From design to production and installation — all in-house.
We think in partnerships, not one-off transactions.
ISO 14001, recycled materials and energy-efficient LED.
We sell visibility. That applies to the work itself too: what you make here does not vanish into a folder.
No slide decks and no abstract assignments. What leaves here hangs on a façade a week later, stands on a market square or lines a race route. You drive past with your children and point at it.
One week an illuminated sign for a garage, the next a bicycle shelter for a station and a wayfinding scheme for a hospital. Sixteen product families means sixteen kinds of problem.
In every discipline there are colleagues with more than fifteen years of experience. That is the fastest way to get good yourself: standing next to someone who has done it a thousand times and knows why it has to be that way.
The feel of a family business inside an international group. Anyone who wants to change something does not have to pass six layers. The decision usually comes in the same week.
As part of the Doublet Group we work on events such as the Tour de France and Paris-Roubaix, and on public contracts across Europe. Work locally, learn internationally.
ISO 9001 and 14001, and a range that has switched entirely to LED. Sustainability here is not a chapter in a brochure but a material choice made anew every day.
Determining the best answer for a project, then drawing it — in 3D, on the client's actual façade.
Routing, welding, printing, assembling. The moment a drawing becomes an object.
At height, on the road, on site. The work whose result everyone in the street sees.
From specification to handover: planning, calculating, and keeping the client informed when things go wrong.
The voice on the phone that actually knows what it is about, because production is ten steps away.
We are growing, and above all we are looking for people who do not mind learning something they did not know yet. Your role not listed? Write to us anyway — most colleagues here started in a role that was not yet on paper at the time.
