Reception tables, promotional counters and desks form the first point of contact at your event. They determine where people report and how quickly the queue moves.

With them come table skirts and covers that finish the table and carry your brand at the same time. An unfinished table with visible legs and cables underneath undermines the impression the rest of your set-up is trying to make — and a cover costs a fraction of a new counter.

For the guests

Chairs and benches for those who sit, standing tables and stools for those who circulate and pause.

The ratio between the two determines how a space feels. Plenty of seating turns a reception into a hall; standing tables keep people moving and talking. Tell us what you want to happen and we will propose the balance.

Storage and transport

For the organisers we supply storage and transport equipment to keep everything dry and tidy between two events.

This is the least visible part of an order and the part that most strongly determines lifespan. Equipment that ends up loose in a warehouse needs replacing after three editions; the same equipment in the right trolleys and covers lasts for years.

Equipment only, or the full build

You can buy equipment from us alone, or have us handle the full set-up and take-down.

For a one-off event with a tight schedule the second option is often the cheaper choice, even though the quotation looks higher: you free up no staff, arrange no transport and lose no time on equipment that does not fit.
