What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Promotional stickers: attention at the deciding moment
A promotional sticker works at the place and the moment where the buying decision is made: in the shop, at the shelf, on the door, on the packaging. Of all promotional material it is the cheapest per piece, and at the same time the material that sits closest to the till.
We print and cut promotional stickers for brands, retailers, hospitality, distributors and the organisers of campaigns and promotions.
The formats and where they work
Shelf stickers and price stickers
Small, right next to the product. They interrupt the scanning of the shelf and pull the eye towards one item. They work best with one figure or one word.
Window and door stickers
At the entrance, where the passer-by decides whether to step inside. Here legibility from a few metres away is what counts, not legibility close up.
Packaging stickers
An offer or a claim on existing packaging, without having to reprint the packaging itself. For temporary campaigns that is a considerable saving.
Give-away stickers
For events, schools, trade fairs and sponsorship campaigns. Cheap, and they travel to places your advertising would otherwise never reach.
Seal stickers
On boxes, bags and envelopes. Little effort, and it turns every shipment into a brand moment.
Design: one message, large
Promotional stickers rarely fail on the printing and almost always on the design. The most common mistake is trying to say too much on a small surface.
What works: one message, set large, with strong contrast and plenty of white space. A percentage, a date, a single word. What does not work: a logo, a strapline, three product benefits and a QR code on five centimetres.
Think about the reading distance too. A shelf sticker is read from half a metre, a window sticker from five metres. Those are two completely different designs, even for the same campaign.
Material and finish
Paper is the most economical option and is fine for give-away stickers and short indoor campaigns. Vinyl resists moisture, abrasion and cleaning, and is therefore the choice for shop windows, packaging and anything that gets touched.
For stickers on glass there is a version with the adhesive on the image side, so they are applied from the inside and read from the outside, protected from the weather and from being scraped off.
A matt finish reads more calmly; a gloss finish catches the eye more but reflects under shop lighting. For large formats in a shop window we usually choose matt.
Removable or not
For temporary campaigns, choose a removable adhesive. A strongly bonding sticker that has spent three months on a shop window leaves adhesive residue that has to come off with a scraper. On packaging the customer takes home that is a detail; on your own shop window it is not.
What determines the price?
Promotional stickers have no fixed unit price. The cost follows from the size and the shape, whether they are contour cut, the number of pieces (by far the biggest factor, because the set-up cost of the cutting die and the printing is spread across the run), the material and the finish, whether the adhesive is permanent or removable, and whether we produce the design.
Send us the run, the size and the application, and you get a quotation in which those items are visible. Feel free to ask for two run sizes side by side; the difference per piece is often surprising.
Prices are available in the Herva-Doublet Platform.
Requesting a proposal
Send us your campaign and your brand guidelines. We will produce a design that works at the intended reading distance and show you a proof before production.
