Façade lettering
Not every façade message calls for a panel. Vinyl applied straight onto a smooth façade, a door or a canopy often does exactly what is needed — for a fraction of the cost of a structure.

What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Façade vinyl: your message straight onto the wall
Façade vinyl puts a logo, a name or an image directly onto the façade, without a sign, frame or supporting structure. That makes it the quickest and most economical form of façade signage — and on flat, smooth façades one of the best looking as well, because nothing sits between the message and the wall.
We cut, print and install façade vinyl for shops, hospitality, offices, garages, practices and businesses.
When vinyl is the right choice
On a flat, closed and smooth substrate: rendered façades, smooth concrete, sandwich panels, coated metal, glass and cladding in composite or aluminium. There the film bonds excellently and the result looks crisp.
On rough material it does not work. Brickwork with deep joints, coarse textured render, weathered timber and porous natural stone offer too little closed surface; the film then bonds only on the high points and lifts within a few months. For façades like that we recommend built-up letters on stand-offs, or a sign on a supporting frame. We would rather say so beforehand than have you call back within the year.
The versions
Cut vinyl
Letters and logo shapes are cut from coloured film and applied individually to the façade. There is no visible background — only the shape. This gives the tightest result and is the usual choice for a company name.
Digital print, contour cut
For images with gradients, photographs or a logo with many colours. The whole is printed, laminated and cut to contour.
Full-surface façade print
Large images across an entire façade zone, applied in panels. An economical alternative to cladding when the point is the image rather than the finish.
Wall print in textured film
Special films that can cope with some texture, for façades that are just too rough for standard film but not rough enough to rule film out.
Film and service life
The choice of film determines how long it keeps looking good. A cast film with a UV laminate stays colourfast for years and does not pull back from corners and edges. A cheap calendered film shrinks, lifts at the edges and fades visibly, especially in red.
On south-facing façades and at the coast we always recommend the heavier specification. We state the expected service life with the proposal instead of leaving it at "weather resistant".
Planning permission
Even non-illuminated façade signage generally requires planning permission in Flanders, and stricter rules apply in protected village settings. Vinyl that changes the appearance of the façade falls under those rules. We help with the application by supplying a façade elevation and a photo montage.
What determines the price?
Façade vinyl has no fixed price. The cost follows from the surface area, the version — cut vinyl, digital print or full surface —, the number of colours, the film quality and the laminate, the condition and substrate of the façade, the working height and whether an access platform is needed, and whether we produce the design.
Send us photos of the façade with the dimensions and your logo as a vector file, and you will receive a photo montage together with a quotation.
Prices are available in the Herva-Doublet Platform.
Submitting your façade
Send us a few photos, including close-ups so we can see the texture of the substrate. We will tell you whether vinyl is the right choice here, or whether you are better off with built-up letters.
Cut lettering or full surface
In practice cut vinyl is also called plotted lettering: the film is cut in the shape of your letters and logo and the rest is weeded away, so the façade colour runs on between the letters. A full-surface print is the reverse: a fully printed area for images and blocks of colour. On a smooth, clean façade, well-applied plotted lettering is hard to tell from paint.
